AI in Zelun

Helpful AI, with a person in charge

Each assistant below is built into screens you already use. They suggest and describe; they do not act on your business without you.

  • AI can be wrong: a person checks the output.
  • Nothing here sends a message or changes a setting for you.
  • If the AI service is unavailable, the screen still works with its normal version.

An assistant that answers how-to questions

Ask how to set something up and get a short answer taken from Zelun's own help articles, with the article it used. It never changes a setting or messages anyone, and says so when the help centre has no answer.

Example question: “How do I set a cancellation policy?”

Available when Zelun's AI service is connected. Answers can be wrong: check the article it names.

How it works

A quick read of a client's visit notes

Press Summarize notes on a client and get a short digest of their usual preferences, plus highlights about allergies or reactions that each link back to the original note. It only runs when your team asks, and it only reads that one client's notes.

Illustration: a digest line such as “Usually prefers late-afternoon visits” next to a flag that links to the note it came from.

Labelled AI-generated and not a clinical decision: a person must verify it before acting. Available when Zelun's AI service is connected.

How it works

A one-sentence summary above your report

Reports can show a sentence that explains the period's totals compared with the previous one, written only from the figures shown beneath it.

Where it appears: Appears only where it has been switched on for the account; the figures always show either way, and the text can be wrong, so check it against the figures.
