Export your company data and understand retention

You can request a whole-company export from the Plan screen in every billing state. Zelun builds a zip of CSV files for clients, appointments, services, staff, payments, balances, notes, and other business records, then tells you when it is ready. The download is available for seven days. Secrets, card data, and photos are not included.

Use an owner account. You can request one export per 24 hours, including while paused or after the plan ends.

Open My business → Plan, choose Request export, wait for the ready notice, and download the zip within seven days.

Zelun keeps company data for 12 months after the paid plan lapses, so you can reactivate with the saved work intact or request an export. A deletion warning is sent 30 days before scheduled deletion. Reactivation cancels the deletion schedule.

Tax records that Zelun must legally retain may remain in minimized form for their required period.

Clients are not notified when you export company records. Their card numbers and photo files are never included.
