Cancel or move to a smaller Zelun plan

You can cancel inside Zelun without calling or emailing anyone. Zelun first shows the date your access will end and offers relevant alternatives, but every alternative is optional. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for and can be undone before then.

You can also move to a less expensive plan when your number of bookable people fits it. If it does not fit, Zelun tells you how many bookable people would need to be removed before the change is available.

Open My business → Plan as the company owner and check the current period end.

Choose cancel or a smaller plan, review the plain-language consequences, skip any alternative you do not want, and confirm. Use Keep my plan before the end date to undo a scheduled cancellation.

• Export your company data if you want an offline copy.
• Check future appointments and the date shown in the cancellation summary.
• Consider a free pause when the closure is temporary.

Clients keep their existing appointments while your paid period continues. When access eventually ends, Zelun follows the plan-ended process so appointments are not silently stranded.

• Removing too few bookable people for the smaller plan.
• Assuming cancellation ends access immediately instead of at the shown date.
