Pause your Zelun plan for a temporary closure
What it is
A pause is free and keeps your current subscription and protected price ready for your return. You can pause for at least two weeks and up to three months across a rolling year, with no more than two pauses. One extension is available within those limits.
During a pause, each branch is closed until the resume date, new client bookings and paid features stop, and clients may ask to be told when you reopen. Messages needed for appointments already inside the pause can still be sent.
Before you start
Review the affected appointments and choose a resume date. A free plan or trial cannot be paused.
Steps
Open My business → Plan, choose Pause, review the branch impact, and confirm. Extend once within the limits or use Resume now to return early.
Resume
Zelun reminds you seven days before the scheduled return. The plan resumes automatically, or you can resume early from the Plan screen. People who explicitly asked for a reopening message receive one after the business reopens.
What your clients see
The booking page says the business is closed until the resume date and offers an optional reopening notice. Message booking attempts receive the same closed-until answer.
Common mistakes
- Choosing less than two weeks.
- Expecting already paid days to be refunded.
